Been coming to Regina’s Pizzeria for years. I enjoy their Buffalo Pizza that comes with hot sauce, and I enjoy their plain/regular slice pizzas too. The manager is such a nice, kind person that he will make you a special/custom order pizza pie right on the spot, and even if you come in close to closing, he will not turn you away: he’s respectful. The workers are dutiful, you can see them working hard as soon as you come in. The place is open 7 days a week, never skipping. The workers make sure the tables and chairs outside are clean for people to sit outdoors in the summer time. As a customer, you always feel welcome here. In the winter, the workers and the manager let me come into the pizzeria to warm up while I would wait for the bus to come. The manager never denied me when I was cold, even if I was not buying anything. One day the manager gave me a free drink and I took a bottle of water and it was really cold and refreshing on that very hot summer day. He offered it to me because since I was overdressed that day, not having a clue that it would be so hot, he knew that a cold bottle of water is what I needed to be able to walk to my car without overheating. This family restaurant is truly the most honest hard-working, best tasting establishment that you can go to in the city! I accidentally left my briefcase, holding my laptop, portfolio, and a winning lottery ticket after enjoying an amazing bacon Chicken ranch slice and a pepperoni slice. About two hours later, I returned and retraced my steps and they held on to my briefcase for me after I had left! I cannot thank them enough! You don’t find that type of Integrity a lot nowadays. If I could invest Into their pizzeria, I would! Highly recommended must go to spot In Queens!

I usually stop by here before or after my lash appointment. Some of the best pizza and customer service I’ve ever had at a pizzeria. I tried a chicken cesar salad slice today for the first time and it was delicious. You can tell that it’s made with fresh ingredients. Cashier and server were both courteous and kind. I like my pizza with a bit of crunch to it so I asked the guys to keep it in the oven a little longer and it came out perfectly toasty. Will be coming back for another one of these when I’m in the area! Thank you so much!

Second time went there same experience! First time went in summer 2023. Had pizza with husband and son. After coming home we three had diarrhea. Again went 02/24/2024 with my son and his friends with their mom, we all had stomach ache and diarrhea. I don't know what went wrong. Service is nice, employees are polite but the food I don't know what went wrong. Two same experience different time.
